The Board of Directors of Willowglen wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting:-
1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and 2. Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority for the Company to purchase its own Ordinary Shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company.
A Circular/Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid proposals will be made available to the shareholders in due course.
