Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 1 April 2026, 10 June 2026, 18 September 2026, 25 September 2026 and 19 October 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless stated otherwise, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 November 2026 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 2 November 2026.
Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "Willowglen MSC Berhad" to "Willownex Berhad" with effect from 2 November 2026.
